"The Beauty industry has the ability to straighten ones emotional posture."  I live by this quote.  Every time you get your hair done, put on that lipstick, wake up to refreshed skin from that mask you put on the previous night, you smile.  You smile because you love the person you see in the mirror.  You feel good.  This is why I do what I do.  If I can help put a smile on your face, I know I've done my best work.  To achieve this I have spent years on my education and continue to seek out new techniques every year.  Everything from color theory, understanding bone structure, advance hair coloring and cutting techniques, to advanced skin care and master classes with some of the most influential makeup artists of our time.  I have had the honor to work with many celebrities and fashion designers in my time, but what I enjoy most is hanging out with my clients in the salon.  So come see me.  Let's make those hair dreams of yours a reality.

Jaimei Mark

In 2004 JaimeiMark set her eyes on attending the Hawaii Institute of Hair design, were her exciting career all began.  Her humble beginnings with in the hair & beauty industry started with her assisting for exclusive salons in Hawaii, working as lead stylist for the Miss Hawaii Filipina Pageants and many others.  When asked “Who are you as a stylist?” Jaimei Mark said, “I am a stylist who creates a space that allows my guest to explore all things beautiful about themselves—I am here for Them!”  

Education & experience are key elements JaimeiMark values as a stylist.  Some of her acheivements & education include being a Top 50 Colorist for Regis Salons, PaulMitchell Color Advanced training as well as Pivot Point Advance Cutting.  She has worked with brands such as Kerestace, Wella, Pravana & Redken.  

With her extensive technique knowledge in balayage, highlighting and Color, along with her vibrant personality & Love for all things Beautiful, Jaimei Mark enjoys creating soft lived in hair to Captivating vibrant vivid hair that complements her guest lifestyle and personality.  “My philosophy is listen, express & create.  My guest are an extension of me.”  JaimeiMark enjoys the simple things in life, Hiking, Snowboarding hanging with friends or just a quiet movie night at home with her Fur Babies CoCo.Chanel & Oth

Zack Salcido 

I like to call my self your Vanity Guru, I pride my self in my abilities to recommend the best product or style for your lifestyle and specific needs.  When I’m unsure I am more then happy to point you in the direction to someone who does! We have a great team here at the salon with a multitude of skills.  

My main goals are to make sure you get what you need and want! 

My particular set of skills are in hair designing!  I love Haircuting with shears, razors and clippers, or maybe you need more hair, so let’s talk extensions!  Whether you need length or fullness (maybe both). 

And I won’t forget the styling with a blowout for everyday to an extravagant updo for those gals, proms or weddings! 

Psalm Naomi Indino

Hey there, I'm Psalm, your hair magician hailing from the vibrant city of Las Vegas. With over a decade of crafting hair, I've blended my talents as a hairdresser and a bartender to create a one-of-a-kind experience for each person who graces my chair.

My passion knows no bounds when it comes to hair. From expert cuts, mesmerizing coloring, precision barbering, and even delving into the realms of natural, unnatural, and supernatural textures – I'm always up for the challenge. I thrive on having an arsenal of skills and tools at my fingertips, and my latest journey? Crafting wigs from scratch.

Beyond the world of hair, I'm a true artistic soul. You might find me capturing moments through the lens of my camera, transforming spaces with a touch of creativity (think Animal Crossing style), serenading the world with instruments and vocals, or whipping up extravagant feasts and cocktails for my nearest and dearest.

Being a hairdresser, to me, is the perfect symphony of artistry and craftsmanship. Hair is an ever-evolving canvas, and tailoring it to each individual is what fuels my passion. It's a captivating, challenging, and life-affirming journey that I'm thrilled to embark on with each client who walks through my door. So, let's create magic together!

Phillip Todd Debolt

Phillip-Todd is a Master Stylist with 30+ years expertise in the realm of hair artistry. With an enviable resume, Phillip began his journey in the beauty industry in 1986 where he fell in love with hair color at L’Oreal Technical Institute based in London. Returning home to the PNW, in 1993 he became a platform artist and educator for International Beauty Show Group’s American Team Y.E.S.

Coupled with 10- and 12-year stints as an advanced educator with Redken and AVEDA respectively, Phillip has received the highest level of training in color formulation, applications, and cutting techniques.  His highly sought-after experience and in-depth knowledge in color and cutting saw him nominated in 2016 for the North American Editorial Stylist of The Year and has had his work displayed across the globe via fashion and industry tomes including British Vogue, Estetica USA, Prichyeski SU, Canadian Hairdresser, Dark Beauty, Rolling Stone, American Salon, Studio, Elegant, Muse, and Passion to name a few.
