CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a 50% fee will apply.
All hair purchases for services are non-refundable.
